1. This latte maker is so easy to use! I've already saved enough money by not going out to the coffee shop for my latte, that it's paid for itself twice over. It's ready to go right out of the box. It's easy to clean, also. I buy my four cup filters at the dollar store for it and they work as well as the 4 that came with it did. I like that I can use my own coffee and am not contributing little plastic cups to the landfill.
   5/6/2016 It's been 7 months since I purchased this latte maker. I rated it 5 stars after using it a couple months, but now I have to decrease that to 2 stars. It no longer froths the milk. Yes, it still makes great coffee, but I already have a coffee maker. It's too late to return it, so I'm stuck with something that doesn't do what it's supposed to, and I don't want to add this to a landfill. So it will gather dust and take up valuable shelf space in my storeroom. Don't purchase this item if you want it to last.
2. The BEST coffee machine ever! I have owned this machine for about 4 years! I replaced the mug, frother anout 2 years in, because the froth was not thick as usual, however... by the time I got the new one the frother began to work again. So now I have 2.
   
   I cant even begin to think what that is the reviewer is talking about in regards to melted plastic!!! Not only have I had one for so long but so does my mother and best friend and we have never seen or experienced that.
   
   Coffee is made quickly with little effort and tastes amazing! We get compliments from everyone who tastes.
   
   We owned nespresso and keurig and this beats them all! This machine is different in the sence that it doesnt use 'cups' but I actually prefer that because coffee is more economical that way...
   
   Simply the best!
