Q	Are all the plastic parts BPA free?
A	We would like you to know that all plastic that water or coffee comes in contact with, on the Ninja® 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker, is BPA free.
Q	Does it drip when pouring?
A	Mine started dripping while pouring a month or two ago. I bought it at the end of December 2018. It usually drips all over the counter and I need to sponge it up all the time. What a hassle!
Q	Help me on the math. How are you getting 12-cups of coffee out of a 60 oz reservoir? 12 cups is 72 oz.
A	Folks, this is standard for every single coffee maker I've ever owned. The 'cup' in question is a coffee cup of 5 oz (as opposed to a standard mug which is 10 oz) not a standard imperial measuring cup and thus not the same measurement. Every coffee maker I've ever owned, from every manufacturer has been a 12-cup. Which makes 12 coffee cups worth of coffee. The manufacturer is not deceptive, you've just never paid attention to a coffee maker before
Q	Are there any "real" customer reviews?
A	I just checked out the fakespot website for Amazon product on May 28, 2019, and it got neither an F nor an A grade as been reported, but a C grade, and states that there may be some deception involved, and that 77.5% of the reviews seem reliable, which means about 22.5% are suspicious. Still a fairly high amount that can influence the overall rating, although they have something called an adjusted rating, which actually gives the product 4.5 out of 5 stars, so I assume that in spite of the unreliable reviews, the reliable reviews average 4.5 stars
