Q.	just set up the machine and filled the water tank, but the water is not coming out?! I followed the instructions and watched the video...WHAT TO DO?
A.	If you have the tank seated, so it clicks in and feels secure, then I suggest contacting the manufacturer. Also, something to look out for, the wand connector is plastic and deteriorates over time. Mine broke a few months out of the warranty period and it cannot be replaced. I didn't move it back and forth very much; perhaps I should have
Q.	I have yet to be able to pull a consistently good espresso with good crema. What can I do differently? This is a new machine.
A.	make sure the grind texture is appropriate, if the grind is too soft I have a more difficult time getting the flavor I want. Also when you pack it down don't pack the grind (coffee, espresso) to tight. I will stamp it 2 or 3 times at most. I most of the time get a thick layer of the crema. I had work in a café for 3 1/2 years and that is how I learned, obviously, to make cappuccino's.
Q.	My espresso maker will not make more than half an ounce of espresso at a time. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
A.	Hey there, did Desco's tip fix the problem? I'm having the same issue...about 1/2 ounce of espresso comes out and then it sputters and stops and all the lights blink. Already sent it back to the factory once and I'm having the same issue. Have yet to make one drink! Any info is appreciated, thanks.
Q.	is the filter cup made of stainless steel or aluminum?
A.	The filter cup is aluminum the filters are Stainless.
