- Note to prevent Coffee overflows, fill coffee grounds to the lowest line on the scoop filter and do not overfill. Be careful not to over grind coffee beans, as very finely ground coffee can cause overflows. For a stronger cup of coffee, select the bold setting and use a medium grind size that's appropriate for a standard automatic drip coffee maker. This unit will not brew without water in the water reservoir, even if the brew button is pushed

Fully insert mug or cup under filter basket. d. Ensure the multilevel/flip cup rest is firmly secured and snapped into place e. 5 discard liquid when clean water cycle is finished. | A. | I've been doing this 8 years WITH the same machine! I use Dasani water . OR You must use filtered water if you want your coffee maker to last over 8 years..OK PAPER FILTER just get the 2-4 cup size regular shape filter... 200 cost a couple bucks .Put it under the coffee scoop inside the screen filter. doesn't matter if it sticks out just put it in there mostly evenly don't waste time cutting it. .Then put the scoop coffee holder on top then add the amount of coffee you need in the scoop. I use 2 heaping tablespoons of coffee.. I add 16 oz of water. If you put a piece of tape over the little hole on the back of the machine you can use the a whole 16.9 oz bottle of water for your travel size mug |
