Q.	Can you not use coffee filters with this?
A.	Thank you for your question, Lol67. This coffee maker will work with a basket-style (flat-bottom) 8-12 cup coffee filter. The filter can be either paper or a permanent mesh.
Q.	Is this coffee maker made in the USA?
A.	Thank you for your inquiry, jmc. This product is made to our specifications in Indonesia and China. The country of manufacture is printed on the box and in the use and care manual.
Q.	Mine does not brew after only using it for two days - I just put the coffee and water in and pushed on. What am I doing wrong?
