The product arrived today. The shipping material looked fine. The product packaging was undamaged. The plastic used to mount the motor inside the housing was broken off and the motor was falling out. Normally bodum products are well made, but I’m disappointed that this couldn’t even survive the trip from packaging to delivery. *
I bought this for my husband for Christmas since he is a coffee lover. He loved it. I got the model that is black with the red button, I thought the design was beautiful. The texture of the rubber feels nice in the hand because it gives a good grip. The pulse button is very easy to use, you just need to press it gently and it will grind anything. We have used it for coffee beans and nutmeg seeds. It grinds beautifully thin for espresso/Italian/Spanish style coffee. The only thing that I wished it had included was a little brush to clean on the inside, but that is a minor thing. I would buy it again.*****
