This is a really nice little coffee maker. It does everything the more popular brand does but at a fraction of the cost. I love that I can brew any brand K Cup without a barcode reader telling me if it’s OK or not. Buy pods with confidence. The unit also comes with the basket to brew your own coffee as well so you have two options. It also has plenty of room to brew into a larger travel mug.
This is a pretty nifty little machine. Im not a huge coffee person but I wanted to have something in thr house for guests. A "pod" system seemed like a great option so I wouldn't have coffee grounds expiring when they arent being used.
I picked up some tea and hot chocolate pods for myself as well to test this out.

Out of the box the machine is fully put together which is great. It comes with a little stand to put under shorter mugs/cups which I appreciate because having used a similar machine at work before the hot liquid would splash up if your cup was too short. This eliminates that problem.
I read the directions and held up the water reservoir to run one cycle before using it. The reservoir has easy to read measurment markings so you know exactly how much to pour in. PAY ATTENTION TO THIS. Why? If you are like me and get distracted and pour in too much there is a drain at the back to prevent overflow and you will end up with water on the counter. Oops!
Clean cycle was very quick and I was able to put a pod in and make hot chocolate with almost no effort. Its great!
